Managing Your Subscription Plan
TastyFood allows you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan at any time, ensuring your account always matches your restaurant’s evolving needs.
How to Change Your Subscription Plan
To change your subscription plan, log in to your TastyFood Dashboard using a web browser. Please note that plan changes are not supported in the mobile app.
- Once logged into your Dashboard, go to Plans & Billing from the main menu.
- Click on the Plans & Pricing tab to explore all available plans, compare features, and select the plan that best meets your needs.
What to Expect When Changing Plans
- Plan Requirements: If you are switching to a plan with fewer features or lower limits, you must first adjust your account to fit within the new plan’s allowances. For example, remove any extra restaurants, menus, or other items that exceed the new limits. Plan changes cannot be completed until these requirements are met.
- Prorated Billing: If you change your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, your new plan will take effect immediately and your charges will be prorated based on the time remaining in the current period.
Payment & Invoicing
TastyFood offers both flexible monthly billing and cost-saving annual billing cycles, allowing you to select the option that best fits your restaurant.
TastyFood processes all subscription payments securely via Stripe. A wide range of industry-standard payment methods are available, including credit and debit cards and digital wallets.
Billing Cycles
Payments are processed automatically each month on your designated billing date, and your account remains active through the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing cycle.
Monthly Billing
Monthly billing provides maximum flexibility, enabling you to cancel your subscription at any time. This option is well-suited for restaurants exploring the platform or those with seasonal operations that benefit from adaptable billing terms.
Annual Billing
Annual billing allows you to save between 20% and 25% compared to monthly billing by making a single payment on your annual billing date. This option requires a 12-month commitment and is best suited for established restaurants with predictable operational needs, offering significant cost savings over the course of the year.
Managing your Payments
To manage your payments, log in to your TastyFood Dashboard using a web browser. Please note that payment management is not available in the mobile app.
- After logging into your Dashboard, go to Plans & Billing from the main menu.
- Select the Billing tab for the following options:
- Review Usage: Monitor your current feature usage and see how it aligns with the limits of your selected plan
- Change Payment Methods: Add, update, or remove your preferred payment methods to ensure uninterrupted service
- View Invoices: Access the Billing Portal to review all invoices for your records
- Cancel Subscription: Initiate the cancellation process for your subscription, if needed, with clear guidance on what to expect next.
If you cancel your subscription, your account will stay active until the end of your current billing period. You will not incur any additional charges for the following month.
